Availability
I am a stay-at-home mother of 4 kids, ages 8-17. Because of this, I am available to be at home to care for your pet(s) all day. Bonus, my 4 kids also love animals! Thus, there is an endless supply of cuddles in our house! For the most part, someone is home all day and we only kennel if requested, and even then, only when we step out or if your dog prefers it when sleeping.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a very nice fenced in yard for potty breaks and play time. We have 3 dogs and a cat, although the cat usually keeps to herself in one large room of our home away from the dogs. All of our dogs are female. 2 are standard poodle mixes, about 35-50 lbs and are spayed. Our 3rd dog is a Yorkie mix and is about 5 lbs. She is just a puppy, so not spayed yet but will be soon. We typically supervise outdoor play because the size of our Yorkie for safety concerns with large birds of prey. This is great when we have furry visitors too, because we are always close by to supervise. All of our dogs are very friendly, but they do bark at new people at the door, especially our Elsa as she has a bit of anxiety around new people. Sorry in advance. Lol Typically we would set up a meet & greet 1st to see if your dog(s) are comfortable with us and our fur family slowly outside in the back yard. Our dogs are kennel trained, but usually sleep in a bed with one of our children. Dogs are allowed on the furniture in our home and always welcome to cuddle with us in bed at night too. If you prefer your dog be kenneled though that can also be arranged. Also, I only take 2-3 dogs in at once, to ensure we can give each pup the attention they deserve. I think this is very important, because at some places they focus on quantity of care, and I believe that is hard to do safely. I try to focus on quality care, as your pet’s safety and well being is always my top priority. ❤️

Information Traci W. would like to know about your pet
It is important to know if your dog gets along well with other dogs and children. Also if your dog is up-to-date on their shots. Other important information that is helpful prior to your stay is feeding schedule, sleeping preferences, likes and dislikes, health issues/allergies/special needs, if they are runners, etc. I love to do a meet and greet before booking if time allows, because it is a great chance for you to meet me, see my home and yard, where your pet will be staying, and for us to go over important info to ensure your pet has an amazing stay with us!
A typical day
We aim for comfort and want your pet(s) to feel like they are at home when they stay with us! Some dogs are looking for playmates and have a ball playing with my dogs or my kids in our fenced in backyard. Some love a nice walk and we go for a stroll in our neighborhood. Many high energy breeds enjoy the challenge of enrichment games to keep their minds engaged. And then other just love to lounge all day by the back door basking in the sun or cuddling with me or one of my children on the couch watching movies. Again, no matter the dog, our goal is to make them feel at home and we follow their cues.

Pet care experience
I have had pets of all shapes and sizes my whole life, from big dogs to small ones, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish and even a couple hermit crabs. Obviously, I am passionate about caring for pets! Over the years I have experience working at Petco as a dog groomer, have pet sit professionally both in my home and in others’ homes, walked dogs, and helped my children run a small yet successful pet waste removal business.
Reviews
I needed an in-house dog sitter on short notice, and Traci did a great job. She came over before I left and met Marcie and Spike. Marcie is 14 years old and has several meds every day, plus a special diet, and she got just what she needed. My trip lasted a week, and I had no worries at all. Highly recommend!

Traci is the best! Thank you so much for such wonderful care!!

Traci and her family have walked our two beagles while we are out a few times. She is very responsible and reliable. My girls love her and her family. I will recommend her and will continue to use her services when needed.

Mario and Luigi are in good hands when Traci cares for them! She’s and her kiddos are such great pet sitters, and are respectful of our home as well! Thank you!!
