Loving Dog Rescuer and pet owner!
I have had dogs my entire life. My step dad was hired with the Ventura County Animal Shelter when we came to Ventura in 1973 and he brought home just about anything that came through the shelter doors. Before coming to Ventura, I was raised in a rural community and had all the farm animals. My family has been involved in animal rescue for many years. I regularly donate items to SPARC, CARL and Ventura County Animal Services. I had Boxers for several years, and my sweet Doxie Gemma passed away Oct 8, 2024. I currently have cats.

Traci is amazing! I would definitely book with her again. The updates on Mei Meis activities: walking, feed times and behavior were all reassuring especially knowing Mei Mei was accompanied by 4 cats. I know she’s good with cats and not sure how it would go with 4. I was relieved to know that her behavior was consistent and she maintained her sweet girl energy. Thank you for taking loving care of Mei Mei Traci! We will definitely be back! 🫶
Traci was absolutely amazing with our pup while we were on vacation. She catered to his needs and showered him with love. It was clear he was very happy and well cared for upon our return home. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos she provided for our peace of mind. Highly recommend Traci for all of your dog sitting needs! She took care of our pup like her own. They went on many walked, lounged in her sunny fenced in backyard, and cuddled. My dog didn’t want to leave when I came to pick her up!
Caring and gives lots of updates, even a video. Beautiful, clean place.
Kaiju loves Traci. He wags his tail once he gets out of the car rt at her place. It's like he knows he is going to his second home.

Schedule
I am retired so pet sitting/dog walking and drop in visits is a big part of my days and is my "retirement" job. I love it and enjoy every pet I get to interact with whether they stay in my home, or I go for drop in visits.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and will always keep dogs leashed when we are outside of the yard/home. If the dog likes to go to the dog park, I will always ask permission before taking that activity on.
Pets
A typical day
I regularly do nice walks on the walking path of the barranca, or a long walk in various neighborhoods close to home. I will keep these walks geared to the needs of your dog. I will play with your dog just as I would my own. I keep dog toys and balls around for all of them to play with!
