I currently work mainly from home. I can also arrange my work outside the home to suit my schedule, so I would arrange it around my house and pet sitting.

I provide exercise for dogs as often as required and for any length of time required. I follow all instructions left for me and know how important this is regarding food and care. I cannot have animals in my home so I have no pets at present for the first time in my life, so it is a joy for me to pet sit. I respect clients' houses and always keep them clean and tidy and am happy to water plants and gardens if required. I am reliable, trustworthy and will treat your house with respect and give your pets all the love they want!!

A typical day
I understand how important it is for dogs to be outside on walks to smell all the scents that are so exciting and meaningful for them so lots of walks! If they are good at recall, once they know me and I have the owner's permission for the dog in my care to be off a lead in a park, then lots of ball games if they like that. If lead restricted, then walks in lots of different areas so they get lots of different smells. With cats, I behave in a way they are comfortable. If they come to me they will get as many strokes and cuddles as they want, but some cats can be more independent and aloof and I respect that. I am happy to play as often as they like to or to keep my distance if they are more comfortable with that.

Pet care experience
I have always looked after friends' houses and pets while they are away on holiday. I have a lot of experience in caring for animals from childhood. I have volunteered for Dog and Cat Rescue in Koh Samui. I have rescued, fostered and rehomed numerous cats and dogs in need whilst living in Thailand, some photos are included in my profile, and I have hand-reared baby squirrels and birds in need. In my life I have owned cats and dogs, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, rats and tortoises.I will look after any creature except spiders!! I have been a petsitter for 2 years now and have repeat clients. I work through Rover and have my own petsitting Facebook page.

Tracey was amazing with Hope and took care of her at our home. Gave me peace of mind whilst away and sent me photos etc. Would highly recommend.
Tracey was great looking after our very old dog and our cat for 3 days. We had never used a pet sitter before so we were a bit apprehensive but we needn't have worried as Tracey was fantastic. She provided us with updates whilst we were away and both pets were happy and settled when we returned. She also kept the house clean and tidy. Would feel very comfortable recommending her to others and we would certainly use her again.
