Hi! I'm Tisana, and yes... I really am mad about dogs. I'm a mature, reliable animal lover living in Nelson. People often smile when I tell them, "I talk dog." It's true! I chat with dogs, pay attention to what they're telling me through their body language, and love getting to know each dog's unique personality. Although I travel between Canada and Mexico, I'm lucky enough to share part of my life with my rescued dog, Snoop Dog. He reminds me every day how much patience, kindness, and consistency matter. As I don't have a car, I specialize in neighbourhood walks, drop-in visits, and caring for pets in the comfort of their own home. Whether your dog wants a walk, a game in the yard, or simply some calm companionship while you're away, I'll meet them where they are. I'll follow your routine carefully, treat your home with respect, and make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved until you return. My goal is simple: to leave your dog happier than when I arrived. 🐾

I'll also send regular updates and photos so you know your beloved companion is happy and in good hands.

Schedule
I'm available for most bookings! My only regular commitments are Mondays until 4:30 p.m. and Thursday mornings until 11:30 a.m. Feel free to reach out with your dates—I always do my best to accommodate whenever I can.

- Every pet is unique, and I love getting to know what makes them feel safe and happy. Tell me about their favourite games, treats, routines, quirks, and any words or commands they know. If your dog has any worries around other dogs, people, or busy streets, or your cat has special hiding spots or favourite cuddle times, I'd love to know. The more you share, the more I can make our time together feel familiar, fun, and stress-free.
