Snuggles and Smiles for your dog!
I am a passionate dog lover, having had the pleasure and joys of growing up with dogs from a very young age. Our last dog was a gorgeous retired guide dog who had the best retirement in his last 7 years with us. Our house just doesn’t feel the same without him but we’re not ready to get another. I now offer a home from home boarding for your precious dog, where they will enjoy all the home comforts, 1 to 1 attention and love that the whole family will give them. We are a family of lifelong dog lovers with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog behind so I work hard to make the transition as stress free, smooth and comforting for both you and your furbaby. It can be a daunting process so I'm happy to answer any questions you may have to put your mind at ease. I do prefer a Meet and Greet prior to booking so we can all get to know each other and understand how we need to manage your dogs stay with us for everyone’s comfort and peace of mind. A feeding, sleeping, walking/exercise, likes and dislikes, care plan will be established prior to their stay so we can make them as comfortable and happy as possible. If your dog has any special needs, please let me know in advance so I can prepare for their arrival. To help your pets stay go as smoothly and stress free as possible please feel free to bring along anything that they are attached to, eg. toys, blankets, favourite treats etc. Let me know what they like to do for fun and we can make that happen. I am happy to accept more than one dog when they belong to the same family only. We have completed a basic puppy course. I'm based just off the Sandyknowes roundabout, which is handy to the Motorway and the Airports.

Tracey went absolutely above and beyond for our 2 dogs. You can immediately tell that she loves dogs and wants to take the best possible care of them. She took meticulous notes and got to know our dogs to make sure she could take the best care of them. She went the extra mile with our reactive dog to take him somewhere quieter for a walk. We had excellent communication and updates from Tracey and lots of photos and videos of their days. We could tell how much they were part of the family and were very safe and cared for. The dogs came home tired and happy and we couldn’t recommend Tracey and her family enough.
Tracey is a great dog minder who asked loads igmf questions to ensure Teddy settled in and enjoyed his stay. We got daily updates, pics and videos of Teddy's walks which helped us relax and enjoy our holiday 😀 🐕
This is Lucy's 3rd time with Tracey and her lovely family and she had a great time as always. Tracey and her family took time to find out if there were any updates they needed to know about and made sure Lucy was well looked after. Tracey sent me lots of updates throughout the day and some beautiful photos and videos of Lucy out and about and having a great time! She was well spoilt and I think didn't want to come home!! 😂 Thank you so much again for looking after Lucy and I'll be in touch soon for another day care visit 🐶 x
Tracey is simply the best dog sitter we could ask for. From the moment we leave Boomer with her, we know he’s safe, happy and being treated like one of the family. She keeps us fully updated every day with messages, photos and videos, which gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. It’s so reassuring to see how much fun he’s having and how well he’s being looked after. Boomer absolutely loves staying with Tracey and her family and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, trustworthy and genuinely devoted to the dogs in her care.
Tracey was amazing with Teddy from the day he arrived until he left! He was looked after and treated as one of their own pets and I couldn't be happier 💗 I loved seeing pics and videos of Teddy's adventures everyday while I was away. I'd highly recommend Tracey without hesitation. Teddy is looking forward to his next stay with Tracey 🐶😊
So happy we found Tracey and her lovely family! Amazing communication and lots of updates. Eliza has been twice now and on her second visit she ran straight in with her tail wagging!

Schedule
I'm happy to work around your schedule, during weekdays and weekends, so your dog can come join us whenever suits best for you. There will always be someone home to care for and pamper your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced back garden for your dog to play, sniff or relax. An enclosed park is just a 4min walk away. There is always someone at home so your pet will not be lonely. We are a dog loving family of 5, the youngest is 17yrs old - who has grown up with dogs his whole life.
A typical day
We'll have cuddles early morning before a morning stroll or brisk walk - whichever suits your dog. Perhaps a walk after lunch if your dog is up for it. Exercises and tricks with treats. Then more cuddles and maybe a brush if needed. Lots of play time and fun out the back garden. An evening walk if desired. Finished off with cuddles before bed.

- It's important for me to keep your pets routine as close to what it is at home. But equally, appreciate that your pup is also on holiday! I encourage you to give details of your pets daily routine eg. food times, sleep times, what time they go for walks and for how long. Any food allergies, medications or special needs they may have. Anything that scares them eg fireworks, hoover etc. The more I know the happier your dog will be. I've included that dogs are allowed on my sofa & bed. This will only apply if you dog is normally allowed to do this in their home with you. If however they are not allowed on the sofa/bed then please advise me beforehand. I don't want your loved pet going home with unwanted habits! It's vital that your dog is fully house-trained, is not destructive and does not display any aggressive tendancies towards humans, especially children. I will happily keep you updated via messages and photos.
