Boarding and TLC in my Home
I teach dog training classes at a training club and have been a positive instructor there for 19 years. I regularly teach the puppy STAR. I compete with my own dogs in obedience and trick dog. I am a AKC CGC evaluator and DMWYD trick instructor. I am a training mentor for service dog teams. I work part time so I can spend plenty of time treating your baby like you would at your home. The daily schedule includes play time, couch time and enrichment activities. There are also plenty of treats. The schedule can also include some training time with positive methods. I have a small fenced in area for potty breaks appropriate for dogs that won't jump a 3ft fence. Dogs are crated for no more than 5 hours at a time and most of the day is spent loose in my quiet home with plenty of toys, couch space and opportunities for play and snuggling. I have a Boston Terrier that usually ignores other dogs and one that is willing to play.

Schedule
I am home most of the time. Hours for pick up and drop off vary by day but are usually from 10 am to midnight for those flying in late.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small fenced area outside that works well for small dogs that will not jump a 3 ft fence. I can take pets out on a leash for short potty breaks. When I leave the house dogs are crated for their own safety.

A typical day
I have lots of dog toys and dog puzzles. Treats are given throughout the day depending on your dog. There are opportunities for short walks, weather permitting. We can work on training with fun games! Note that I am unable to accommodate very high energy dogs.

- Note that most large breed dogs are not allowed where I live. Dogs MUST BE UNDER 30 lbs or low to the ground like French Bulldogs and Corgis. I am unable to watch medium, large, and high energy dogs. I prefer dogs that do best in an air conditioned or heated indoor environment. Let me know if there are any dietary restrictions. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and crate trained. Prices may be higher for dogs that are not reliably house trained.
