It’s really important for me to know each pet’s personality, routine, and any special needs ahead of time. Things like feeding instructions, medical issues, triggers (like loud noises or other animals), favorite toys, and comfort items help me give them the best care possible. I also like to know how they normally behave when you’re away—so I can keep them calm, happy, and safe.
