Hi, I would love to care for your dog! I have over 15 years of professional dog training experience, both in the DC area and on Long Island. During those years, I did extensive dog sitting. My approach is always loving, and caters to the personality and needs of your particular dog. I am just getting back into the business of pet sitting. I was a caregiver for my mom for a long time and did not the time. I do have a cat, but she prefers dogs to other cats!

Tracey was a great doggy daycare sitter! He is very kind and considerate. He sent a picture while I was attending a concert of my happy dog with whom he had clearly bonded. Use him! I while next time I am on the area.
Tracey was so incredibly kind and warm. I have not left my dog with anyone in a long time. I was a nervous mom. He was laid back and bonded so well with my 10 year old dog. He has an adorable an adorable sweet cat named Gracie. He sent me reassuring texts and pictures which made me so happy. If you need a dog sitter. Look no further. We were so relieved to find Tracey to watch our dog. Knowing she’s in good hands receiving so much genuine love and care every day while we’re gone is worth every penny. We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!
I don’t really want to review Tracey because he’s so wonderful! I want to keep him to myself. He is kind and gentle and just what my little dog needs. It’s scary for some dogs to go somewhere else, but Tracey takes good care of her AND puts up with me ha ha. He responds really well when I ask how she is doing and sends pics and understands dogs.

Schedule
I am currently retired from a career in journalism and social work. I am a musician and a songwriter, which I do from my home mostly. I am able to take frequent breaks.

I can provide a good neighborhood for dog walking, I know how to crate train. I do have a cat who is friendly with dogs. I can help identify and solve behavioral problems. I will undoubtedly become good friends with your dog!

A typical day
We will definitely be going for walks around the neighborhood! I also enjoy playing mentally stimulating games with my dogs, and can provide some light training for basic obedience
