Hi, my name is Tracy. I am a Colorado Native. Feel free to call me Trace. Animals love me. I am trustworthy and reliable. I have over a decade of pet care and animal experience - it’s always come naturally to me. I recently moved to Nederland September of 2025 and am now feeling settled enough to offer local services. Thank you for looking. MORE ABOUT ME: I've been pet sitting since college and have also professionally walked dogs, worked in an animal shelter, and at a doggy daycare. I've had cats and dogs my whole life and most animals warm up to me quite quickly. I tend to gain trust easily. I will take the best care possible of your furry friend and we will likely become friends. :) I am also incredibly clean and safe. FYI as of 2025: If you know your dog(s) would like a play friend and is open to having my older lab mix join, please let me know. We would of course do a meet & greet first to see if you feel good about it before proceeding. If this would enhance your dogs' care, I could easily able to pet sit for you. I’ve done this multiple times before and it’s gone well —(Michele in my reviews is an example or happy to give other references). She gets along wonderful with other non-reactive dogs, just no cats. I've recently raised my prices since Rover has raised there percentage cuts and also now takes an 11% booking fee on top of that. If it works out that my dog is welcome to come with, I am more than happy to work with you for a fair rate. Otherwise I have to see if my pet sitter is able to watch my dog and I have to part with her which is getting harder and harder to do as she ages and why I haven't taken on as many jobs as in the past. Thank you for understanding. I give any animal in my care high quality attunement, attention, affection and exercise, play and outdoor time! Thanks so much.

YOUR PETS CARE: I have been told by other clients that they return to incredibly happy pets which I feel is evidence of the excellent care I take of them. I will help them feel safe, at home, and exercised to their needs. I love to walk dogs in any weather. I also give tons of love & attention and send you photos.

Trace is amazing! She's a great person who you'll feel great about on any meet-and-greets. She has house sat for us more than once and she is always super communicative, our cats didn't miss us at all when she stayed over, it was clear they were really happy with their new human friend. And, we didn't have to worry at all, as one of our cats can get into trouble while we're gone and eat things he shouldn't, leading to ER visits. She also left our home so clean, which was amazing. We'd highly recommend and would gladly be a reference.

Trace is the BEST! Our dog loves her. Our anti-social cat even came out to say hello to her! We never have any worries when we go out of town and they are in Trace’s care. She sends cute pictures and updates and we know our creatures and home are well taken care of.
Trace is wonderful! She took great care of our dog and cat, and our home, while we were gone for several days. She sent lots of pictures and updates and put our minds at ease knowing our pets were happy and well taken care of. We look forward to booking with her again soon!
