Awesome sitter. Pictures and videos

I have waited a few days contemplating and hating to tell the truth and give this review. Everything was going great for majority of my dog’s stay. I was receiving photos and Toya was communicating throughout each day. The 2-star rating is solely because of what happened on the last day. That morning I was notified that my 11 week old puppy was sick with uncontrollable diarrhea. He has never pooped in the crate, but was having accidents. My assumption was that he had gotten into something he wasn’t supposed to, especially with there being two big dogs there as well. She mentioned he may need a bath, but I was unaware that he had and would still be covered in poop when I arrived that night. My husband had to ask for her water hose to clean out his crate in order to get it in our vehicle. We had to ride home with the windows down and I gagged the entire 25 min ride home. His bowl, crate, him and his items were freshly clean when I dropped him off, and everything was dirty or covered in poop when we returned. Most of his stuff was in a Walmart bag that had poop on it, but there were also toys loosely thrown in his bag with poop on it. I had to clean EVERYTHING when I returned, and was up throughout the night cleaning the crate and my pup again from his accidents. There is no way I would have returned a puppy to their owner in that condition, regardless of the situation. Even if I would’ve had to ask to be reimbursed for shampoo to bathe him. This also resulted in me having a vet bill from his sickness and medication for the next week. Which turned out to be from him eating something he wasn’t supposed to. To have constant diarrhea for over 48 hrs after he returned home, he must’ve eaten quite a bit. Nice person, but she will return your pup to you covered in poop or vomit if they happen to get sick. Even if it’s because they have gotten into something from her not watching them closely.

Toya watched Mazi for 2 days. The communication started off a bit rough which left me feeling uneasy. This was my first time having someone other than family watching him and for this being his first time with her I wish she would of followed up with me a bit more during his stay. Most of the check ins we had during his visit were initiated by me.

Toya is very nice and BoDeshus really liked her. I will book with Toya again.
