Please do not book with Toya. I let her know the yesterday that a friend would be there to pick up Mocha at 1pm. He was there prior to 1pm but waited until 1pm to knock. He could hear someone inside the home so he texted me to call her because he had an appointment. I texted can you at least answer the door. She responded by referencing my age which I said to her is highly discriminatory and inflammatory. She texted again that I should know better at my age. This person is not appropriate for interacting with people or pets. Her home was so nasty she wouldn’t invite us inside. Please start complaining about people like this because she’s disgusting on many levels. I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS.

Not a good communicator, long wait times to get reply’s on dogs status. When picking my dog up she wasn’t there to hand him over personally. So upon getting my dog unpacked at my well lit home, I saw he had a small open bleeding wound. No apology or responsibility was taken on the matter. I would not recommend.
