A typical day
I try to tailor each stay or walk to each dog. If they are high energy, I may do a long walk and extensive playtime. If they like to take it easy, I may do a slow walk around the neighborhood and then some cuddle time. I do avoid dog parks while pet sitting—I find they can be unpredictable and sometimes unsafe. The safety of each pet is my top priority.

Pet care experience
I have had at least 3 dogs in my home since I can remember and I have loved every second! I’ve trained puppies, cared for senior pets, and every age in between. I understand that sometimes our beloved pets have special needs and I’m willing and able to meet those needs. I have experience pilling difficult pets, offering bathroom assistance, hand feeding, grooming, seizure care, and much more. I understand pets can take time to warm up, so I am patient with earning a pet’s trust. I respect each pet’s needs, whether they like to cuddle all day, or if they just tolerate me so they get their meals. I enjoy caring for your furry friends to make them as happy and comfortable as possible while you’re gone.
