Zak works from home full time, I work from home 2 days a week. We have a 7 acre farm and a large fenced in backyard.

I have a fenced in backyard and am used to dogs with all temperaments. Zak and I have cared for up to 30 dogs in one weekend while working in wildlife management (obviously not in our home 😅). We also have both worked in horse barns as well as caring for our own critters. Animal care is our passion. All of my dogs are well socialized and up to date on all vaccines. Cats and ferret can be isolated away from visiting pets completely if needed. Same with my dogs if needed. Lots of experience with behavioral and health issues

Any behavioral triggers or issues, health things I should know. We are used to handling well trained dogs and feral rescues and everything in between :) If you are boarding with me I highly suggest flea and tick prevention since I am on a farm. The ticks are brutal this year. All of my dogs wear seresto collars year round. I also suggest heartworm prevention before staying here as well because the mosquitos are also prevalent on the farm. Will want to make sure your dog is up to date on vaccinations- DAPP and rabies. Bordatella I am flexible on as long as your dog isn’t high risk. Thank you!
A typical day
We wake up around 630 to feed everyone. We administer all meds and feed each animal in a way that is comfortable for them (alone, in a crate, whatever is needed). Zak works from home and we have approximately 15 dog beds throughout our house. Many potty breaks and opportunity to play outside or inside with one of our hundred dog toys. We probably have a problem. If your dog does not want to play, quiet accommodations can also be made. Whatever vibe is needed we can meet

Zak and I are avid animal lovers and enjoy taking care of animals of all sizes and types. We currently have 2 horses, 7 dogs, 2 cats, a ferret and a goat. I grew up in 4H showing dogs and horses and taking care of animals is my passion, and Zak is every animal's favorite pretty much instantly. We are very active and do agility and wildlife management with our Border Collies and ride horses every day. We are experienced in giving emergency first aid, and can give any medications or special care needed. Currently I have one blind cat, one deaf dog, a diabetic dog and many other ailments. Care around the holidays is not a problem for us. Thank you so much for reading this! We will treat your pet like our own :) We also are very active with the local rescue and may have additional fosters. We always make sure to balance everyone’s needs and keep everyone safe

This was our first time using this service and it truly exceeded my expectations. Tori & Zachari were truly wonderful. They were very thoughtful in scheduling a meet and greet with our two dogs to ensure everything would go smoothly during their stay. During the meet and greet they were very mindful of making it a relaxed experience for all and by the time I dropped my dogs off for the visit I could tell they would be in great hands. During their stay, Tori and Zachary were responsive, ensured to give updates, and continued to show how thoughtful they were with their care. We got plenty of pictures showing what an amazing time our doggies had. Our dogs looked happy and relaxed when we picked them up. We will be using Tori and Zachary again for sure!
