I have been on Rover for almost a year and absolutely love caring for animals. Being around pets genuinely brings me so much joy, and I feel very lucky to be able to do something I love! I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike for 10+ years. I have 4 family dogs of my own back in California, Australian shepherds and Maltese so I am comfortable with various sized dogs! I am flexible, comforting to animals in new places, and can handle special needs or medication administration if necessary.

Tori is very accommodative and flexible. Our flight was delayed and Tori let us pick up Snowy at 1:30AM. Snowy seems to have a great time with Tori.
Tori was so kind, responsive, and caring. Dante came back all smiles and clearly had a wonderful time in her care. Hope to book again the next time we need cover while out of town!

Tori was the best! She took my request although I requested very last minute and immediately my puppy was able to get acclimated. She followed all my instructions and took my pup out for several walks / exploring. I felt so comfortable with Tori watching my pup, which also allowed me to have a nice mini vacation. Torie has been a dedicated animal lover her entire life, and I can’t think of anyone more responsible or caring to entrust with the care of your pet. She’s grown up in a home full of animals—especially dogs—and has played a major role in raising and caring for them every step of the way. We currently have four dogs, and Torie has been instrumental in their daily care—feeding, bathing, exercising, and even the less glamorous tasks like cleaning up after them. Schedule
I occasionally work in office, but I’m starting a mostly work from home schedule, which gives me a lot more flexibility during the week. I genuinely love spending time with animals, so walks, drop ins, and visits are something I truly enjoy building into my day. I’m happy to work with different schedules and make sure pets get the attention and care they need!

I live in an apartment that is larger than most allowing for comfortable space to roam or just be in. I have space for a crate or bed if needed, and live in an elevator building allowing for frequent potty breaks and walks. I maintain a clean environment and if ever in a clients home I am professional and organized, I always clean up after myself or pets without hesitation!
A typical day
We’ll spend the day getting plenty of fresh air, exploring the neighborhood or nearby park, and playing their favorite games-whether that’s fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around being goofy. I also love quiet moments like cuddle breaks or belly rubs, especially if your pup enjoys relaxing after some fun. I aim to keep their tails wagging and their minds happily engaged.
