Animal-lover and caretaker
I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees.

I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!

Torry is very dependable, she has house set & pet set for me multiple times. My pets were always happy to see her. They always had food and water & she took time to play ball with Izze when outside. He felt very special because he could cuddle with her on the couch & watch tv in the evening. My house was always left looking neat. Torry is very responsible & enjoyable to be around. Your pets will love her.
Dependable and compassionate, Torey is one of the very few people I trust to watch my dogs. She has been an “Auntie” to my German Shepherd since he was small and he is overjoyed whenever she comes to sit him. She is confident if her animal handling abilities to which I have experience first hand as her client and as a peer. Worked at a doggie daycare and supervise a variety of dogs in group settings. Easy to connect with and a true animal lover.

Zeitplan
I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference.
