Tonya was very kind and extremely flexible with my last‑minute booking, which I truly appreciated. That said, the overall experience wasn’t quite what I’m used to on Rover. I typically get invited inside to see the space where Mountie will be staying overnight, and I’m usually able to watch her interact with the sitter’s dogs before drop‑off. With Tonya, both drop‑off and pick‑up happened outside, and the area was a bit messy, so I didn’t get that usual reassurance. Her bed also had a strong odor when I picked her up, which surprised me. Communication was lighter than what I normally receive — I’m used to daily photos and updates, but didn’t get any this time. To be fair, some of this may have been on me as well. I didn’t ask for these things, and I’m sure if I had, she would have been willing to accommodate. Tonya herself was very nice; the experience just didn’t match what I’m accustomed to with other sitters.

Tonya was so great and was able to take my boys at the last minute, even over the Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you so much!

My dog had an amazing time! Very kind and so flexible with last minute booking and travel complications. Definitely recommend and I am sure my Hermit is looking forward to his next play palace visit!

My pups came home happy and were taken care of. Tonya communicated during their stay and gave me a report upon pick up. My pups were genuinely happy and Tonya was patient while they got acclimated.

This was Tanner and Max’s first stay with Tonya. When we picked them up they seemed happy and well cared for. There was lots of space at Tonya’s and other dogs to socialize with. Tonya seems like she really likes animals.
