I work with metal in many different fashions. I am certified in many industries and have a concentration on knife making this year. During the year I am mostly at home and am up 85% of the day. As I live an active lifestyle I take many breaks throughout the day and go for long walks. During the year, I am at this property most of the time and have availability to help with last minute needs.

I ask everyone to bring the comforts of home during their stay with me. Food, treats, toys, beds, blankets, and kennels is the most frequent items I see from my clients. During your dogs stay these items are used to remind them that they are here temporary and you will return for them soon. The property here has a brick wall and an enormous yard. It is possible to give this separated space to up to 4 dogs. This giving protection and privacy at the same time. The property is located just off of Blue Diamond Rd but housed in a farm community.

Help me help you. I ask that people bring the comforts from home with their dog to give them the best care for while you are gone. Food, treats, beds/blankets, kennels, and toys are always helpful to remind your loved one you will be back. If you could write down your expectations and your dogs routines at home. That gives me a written map of how to do my job and meet or exceeded your expectations. Also my property is gated and I ask you provide an idea of your time of arrival (ETA) during drop off or pick up. Many dogs I have helped with ( especially during last min or emergency’s) have some level of anxiety. I find that I have enough experience to handle this but ask that if your dog has this condition-please help me understand how I can make them more comfortable. The same apples for you. Being away from anyone and traveling (in most cases) is stressful. How can I keep you at easy as well?
A typical day
There is a big grassy section on my property that is often used to let dogs run around in. If they have a favorite toy this is a great place to use it. Depending on your dogs fitness we can take long walks down a paved/dirt road in the neighborhood. I have a few that are safe-low traffic areas. Inside time they can relax around the house in a comfortable spacious environment. I take a ton of pictures which are communicated often. I try to take pictures that I think would make great screen savers.

Pet care experience
Every since I could remember I have had a dog in my life. Last year my daughter moved to college and ask to take our family Beagle. After that I had trouble Finding another dog to fit my lifestyle. My sister, in Los Angeles has been a Rover member for years and suggested I become part of the family. After giving it some thought I investigated the program and signed up. I take this responsibility as providing a service that is mutually beneficial for the dog, client, and myself. A service where I can add you value, take care of your loved one, and get to spend some time around dogs. At heart I’m a simple Midwest kid who grew up during the golden age of customer service. I live this culture through this business and enjoy what I do.
Reviews

Tony was great! I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy with him for almost a week. He sent regular updates and photos, which was awesome. She was happy when I picked her up and looked well cared for. Definitely would book again.
I am very upset with Tony's service and I have no good recommendations for future clients. I had a bad experience leaving my French Bulldog with him for 24 hours. When I picked him up, I immediately noticed that he was panting real hard and that his nose and cheeks were swollen and red, ready to bleed. I told Tony about it right away and asked if he had been in a fight with another dog, something I warned Tony about, since Diego (my dog) is afraid of large dogs and tries to fight. Tony denied it. When I got home, I received the following message and my reply: <Leticia, I have not denied that his nose and mouth is swollen. Your concern was he was attacked by another dog. Diego was inside the house by himself the neither visit. He was not attacked, harmed, or near any other booking on this property during his stay. With his extreme breathing I gave him space, in my room, with the door closed until he was calm. I am not sure how he sustained any injury it was a quite visit. Again, I apologize for any issue you have during his stay> <Me: So, if he didn't get into a fight with another dog, perhaps he was kept locked inside a dog crate the whole time and injured himself-since he doesn't like being confined and tried to get out. I trusted that he would be given the proper attention and care. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied of what happened.> I wish Tony had been honest enough to tell me what happened to Diego so I could decide if he needed medical attention. I have pictures that he took during the stay and after I picked him up as proof.

Tony was awesome and took amazing care of our dogs. He knows his way with dogs and they had plenty of space to play and hangout.

Great host. Lovely support with him too out there. Awesome communicator and did great with my dog whom can be a handful ! I couldn’t recommend booking Tony enough ! Amazing experience and my dog loved it.
