A typical day with me starts with the basics: a good stretch, hugs, bathroom break, and fresh food and water. If allowed, we head to the dog park for playtime, walking, or running to get out that happy energy. Back at home, it’s more food and water as needed, followed by quiet time or a cozy nap. Later in the day, we go for another walk. And of course — treats throughout the day, depending on your rules. Dogs thrive when they have small “jobs” or activities, so based on your dog’s ability, condition, and training level, I incorporate fun, engaging tasks to keep them mentally and physically stimulated.
