Flexibility- every dog is different, we do what you recommend. A typical day with our dogs would be morning walk, breakfast. Sofa cuddles. Lunch Walk, rest time for the dogs. Evening walk or play, feeding. Sofa cuddles. Bedtime, they can sleep where they are most comfortable.

We are a dog-loving family with over 40 years of experience caring for pets, and opening our home as pet sitters felt like the perfect way to share that passion. Dogs have always been part of our lives, and we understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. At home we have two friendly dogs of our own – a gentle old beagle and a playful Boston terrier who both enjoy meeting new friends. However, we completely understand that some dogs prefer their own space, so we are able to separate dogs if needed to make sure every pet feels comfortable and relaxed. Our home has a secure enclosed garden for safe playtime, and we’re lucky to have great walking routes right on our doorstep, perfect for daily adventures. We aim to provide a calm, caring home-from-home environment where your dog will receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away. 🐶 We can offer home boarding where your pet can stay with us and will be treated like our our own. Walks, plays, sofa cuddles. Upto 2x dogs. We can seprate our dogs if needed, they can have there own bed or crate, whatever they need. There will always be at least 1 adult around 24/7 when your pet stays with us. We are a family of 3 humans and 2 dogs, our son is well aware that every dog has different needs and has been around lots of dogs, horses, sheep and helped bottle feed puppies from birth. He can also give your dog space if that's what they need. Fully secured garden for toilet breaks, but most of the time we can walk down to the river in 5 mins from our house, explore the woods or go upto the moors.

Tom & Laura, Thank you for being a wonderful host to our 2 Boston Terriers. Our first meeting was greeted with warmth from the start and gave us confidence to leave our dogs with you. We felt at ease and reassured that our dogs would be left in a loving home whilst we were away for 5 days. It was great to regularly receive updates via texts along with pictures of them out on walks and playing in a safe and secure garden. What was really nice was the feedback about our dogs it was so accurate and this showed us you had taken the time to get to known their behaviours and characters. We would have no hesitation leaving our dogs with you again when we go away on our summer hols or any short breaks in the future. We have no doubts they enjoyed their stay with you all and would 100% recommend you to our family & friends. Tom and Laura are lovely! They were very welcoming and took time to find out all about our dog. She had a wonderful time with them. We had updates letting us know that she had settled well and also photographs. She was at ease with them and enjoyed all her walks and the swim in the river! She had lots of cuddles and was really well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely be using their services again.
Tom and Laura were absolutely brilliant looking after our Airedale, Pep, overnight. From the moment we dropped him off, they made him feel completely at home and kept us updated throughout, which really put our minds at ease. Pep can be quite a big character with lots of energy and personality, but they handled him perfectly and clearly gave him loads of attention, care, and affection. He came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and treat them like part of the family. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and reliable sitters. Thanks again, Tom and Laura!
I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for someone to look after their dog. He is very experienced, having had dogs all his life. He will look after your dog as though they are part of his own family. He is responsible, caring and kind. He will send regular updates and photos, to really put your mind at ease while you are away. Tom genuinely loves animals, and your dog will return home happy and relaxed.
