Tom was easy going and great with Tripp. Tripp had an accident inside from being anxious in a new environment and he was very understanding about it. I would definitely trust Tom with Tripp again!
Tom was amazing and took our booking request on short notice for a full day so that we can take our toddler to the zoo. He kept us up to date consistently on how the doggies were doing. Definitely coming back to Tom when back in San Diego. Highly recommend!
