Tom was quick to respond. It was our first time using Rover and we have an energetic dog. Tom met us for a meet and greet after a big snow storm. Even though the roads were a challenge, he met us so I could feel comfortable about leaving our puppy for the weekend. He provided picture and video updates throughout. I'll be recommending him to friends.
My pit mix loved his time. Had pleanty of space and structure to his days. Tom was very flexible with the sunden changes to weather so I had to shift my pick up date. My baby was returned to me in happy and healthy condition.
Tom was an amazing sitter for my dog Charlie. He sent videos everyday and that really put my mind at ease. I could tell she was loving every minuet of being on the farm and getting to spend time with his dogs. I could tell that Charlie was treated as one of his own and that he cared about her. I would recommend Tom to anyone and if I need to leave my dog again I know she would in good hands with him. 10/10

Schedule
My wife and I are both retired young, so we could spend more time with our golden retrievers. Since our retirement, our lives have primarily revolved around our dogs. If your dogs have a good off-leash recall, they are welcome to join the same daily routine as our dogs. Every day, on average, we walk with them 1-2 miles in the morning and another 1-2 miles in the afternoon. In addition, they play, run, and do agility exercises between the walks. All our dogs sleep in their own crates for the night and rest in their crates when no one is at home. If your dog sleeps in your bed at night and roams freely unsupervised in the house when no one is home, we might not be a good fit for you.

We live on a 50-acre land with a half-mile sandy track on our property. Our entire property is completely fenced in. Additionally, we have fenced yards within our fenced land for the dogs to run around freely.
Pets
A typical day
We will spend time bonding with your dog by petting them, praising them, and reinforcing basic obedience training throughout the day. If your dog has a good off-leash recall, your dog is welcome to join our dogs for daily exploration walks on the track. During the walk, they will get lots of mental stimulation by sniffing around all the new scents on the farm. There are goats, horses, pigs, and cats that they could smell and see during our walks. If your dog does not have a good off-leash recall, we also have a large, fenced yard for your dogs to roam, run, and play. Whether going on the track or staying in the yard, your dogs will have plenty of exercise during their stay with us.
