I like big dogs and I cannot lie
I have looked after many dogs of various shapes and sizes throughout my life, and am currently looking for pups to care for on a short term basis after losing my beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Freya, last year. I regularly volunteer and foster for local dog shelters.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom and his partner! From the start, we felt completely comfortable leaving our dog, Aspen, in their care. They were warm, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs. Aspen had a great time—he came home happy and well cared for. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away, which gave us peace of mind. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!

Tom is absolutely amazing. He is flexible with all of my little schedule shifts that might come up, super communicative, sends photo updates all the time. And just the last time I went to drop my dog off, we got into his neighborhood and my dog K, started whining with excitement because she knew where we were going! If you are looking for a solid boarder, they will be well taken care of with Tom. 10/10 recommend!
Tom and Louise were fantastic to work with. They clearly showed my dog so much affection and care. As a nervous dog owner with a nervous dog, they put us both at ease. They really are "dog people" and it shows. Definitely recommend these folks!
Tom and his partner were so great with Rocky and clearly love dogs. They were very comfortable managing his reactivity which is such a relief for me when leaving him.
Highly recommend these two for boarding of your furry loved ones. Koa was smiling in her photos and seemed content during her stay and afterwards. They were great communicators and were kind enough to accommodate my pinched schedule. I would leave our dog in their care any time.

Schedule
I work from home and like to take walks during the day, usually at lunchtime. I also enjoy the outdoors and love bringing dogs on weekend adventures.

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my partner in a large house in a quiet part of town - we have no children and no pets. We have a large, fully fenced back yard and live 1 block away from a large park. We have air conditioning throughout the house and an access gate on the stairs to control pet access to upper floor (for when stairs are a mobility issue). There are water bowls and comfy dog beds on the upstairs and downstairs levels and we also have a home security camera system to keep an eye on pets while we are out of the home.
A typical day
I work from home and like giving dogs regular walks in the neighborhood, always on leash. I also enjoy playing with dogs in the yard or just hanging on the porch. I am located near a dog-friendly taproom where I can take sociable dogs for outings (if they have their pawrent's permission).
