Caring & Knowledgeable Dog Lover
I am a UC Davis graduate and lifelong dog lover back living in Davis. I have worked with dogs professionally for years, but I have tons of dog experience from managing a doggy daycare and overnight boarding facility in the San Fransisco bay area. We cared for over 100 dogs per day of all breeds and ages, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. My position required me to research and study dog behavior, positive reinforcement training (R+), and proper health & safety procedures. Rover allows me to pursue my passion and spend more individual time with each dog I work with. I only work with dogs from one family at a time during a walk or visit. I have worked with many dog owners and learned what is important when seeking a dog sitter. My own pack contains two rescue dogs with special needs, so I know the piece of mind that comes with finding a pet sitter you can trust.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly fur baby to keep your dog company. We live right next to the greenbelt so long walks in the shade are a regular part of our routine. For drop-in visits, I am flexible based on the needs of your dog.

Todd was over and above the most caring pet sitter for our old and medically needy dog. He gave detailed updates and spent his time giving his attention to our old guy in the most loving way. We will use him again when the need arises.
Todd is a great person to care for one’s dog. He is trustworthy, experienced, and empathetic with our happy dog’s perceptions of the world around. This has proved to be more important than I expected, since we have just learned that our dog’s poor vision is worsening. Todd is always on time. He offers help in the difficult and unpleasant part of caring for our dog. We hope that Rambi and Todd this will have a long dog walking relationship.
Todd is very dedicated, focused and thorough. He appears to be experienced with all kinds of dogs. He has taken our black lab on walks for a few weeks now. He is quick to respond, flexible in case of reschedules and checks back in often with both feedback and questions if any. My dog came back happy and well worked out. Todd is great with dogs. He knows a lot about their behavior and cares about making sure they are happy. He has experience working with them in groups, taking them hiking, and if necessary,taking them to the Vet. Todd is dependable. Schedule
My schedule provides me a lot of flexibility with working with dogs. I had to wind down my Rover services during the pandemic, but now I work part-time remotely from home so I pick my own hours. I am ready to start transitioning to dog care full-time again.

- Most of our questions for each other will be answered during our initial free Meet & Greet. Feel free to send me your first booking request with the dates you are interested in, and I will respond with a request to schedule a free Meet & Greet. No payments are actually made until after the Meet & Greet and you decide you do want to proceed with the booking. During this time, I will ask more detailed questions, such as potential food allergies or behavior quirks. I will also want to know your dog's favorite activities and makes them happy. If there is any training you would like me to help work on, feel free to let me know. For drop in visits, any feeding and medication instructions if they apply. The Meet & Greet also gives your dog a chance to get comfortable before a first visit.
