Doggy B&B with no resort fees
I grew up on a family farm, therefore have had the opportunity to be around animals my entire life. In 2005, we rescued our first 2 doggies (3 more since). I can honestly say the experience has truly been the best, most fulfilling one of my life (besides being married to my wife of 24 years). My wife has been around pets/dog/cats her entire life. She is an ER nurse with over 20 years experience and I would say she is very knowledgeable in the medical field and has applied her work/educational experiences to everyday trials of being doggy parents. We have a spacious, beautiful backyard that is fenced in by a 6 foot wooden fence that is ideal for playing, running , sunning or napping under shading oak trees and a gazebo. At the moment, we do not have dogs/pets of our own so we look forward to the opportunity of sharing and dedicating 100% to your furry little "family members" like they were our own.

These awesome folks cared for my pups like they were their own. I loved getting photos while I was out of town, they showed what a great time everybody was happening. We’ll definitely book again.
Always super easy leaving Dune with them. They’re great at communicating, really nice, and Dune always seems happy and cared for. Definitely recommend!
Our dog has never been better taken care of! Our princess, Ozark, stayed with them for two nights and we received several pictures each day for updates. Ozark also got to play with the dogs they have on the property and that was such a plus for us! Todd and Febronia are absolutely lovely people who will care for your dog like their own. Drop off and pick up were a breeze and Febronia even gave Ozark treat for the drive home! We will be rebooking when we are back in the area 💕
Todd & Febronia are so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them for a week.
Great care of my dog, she looked like she was having a better vacation than us! Communicative, easy drop off/pick up, no issues giving her meds. My dog was obviously at ease staying away from home.
Great setup for our Gidget, especially the easy in and out access to large backyard and patio. Todd and Rona were friendly and easy to communicate with. Gidget came home happy!

Schedule
Our dog passed away not to long ago and that void has led me to explore the possibilities of giving my time to help others who have the need for pet care services. I am semi retired and work from home. My wife works per diem(1-2 days a week) and occasionally does some work from home. Our current life situation has afforded us the luxury of being able to now dedicate our time, home and unconditional love of dogs to our Rover journey through our "Doggy B&B"!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a spacious fenced in yard( 6 foot, solid wood) that is very secure. The dogs will have free range of the secure property as well as unlimited access to the entire house. We have sliding glass doors and an extra large doggy door that open up into the backyard. These are always(100% of the time) available for in and out capabilities for our 4 legged friends. We have several dog beds and also allow dogs to use our furniture/ our beds if they are permitted to do so by their families in their home environments- we definitely do not want to break "home rules". For the safety of our furry guests, we will only be able to accommodate non reactive/aggressive dogs if we have other dogs under our care. If you have a "reactive doggy" and we have no dogs scheduled, you can call for an appointment so we can best accommodate your pup. THANK YOU in advance for your consideration.
Pets
A typical day
Any activities your dog loves to do, let us know and we are all in for a good time! We have a lovely spacious landscaped backyard where our furry guests can romp freely. We hope to have other dogs visiting us as well so socializing and play will be encouraged. We will be available for playing fetch with the toy of their liking (ball, stick, frisbee, etc.) We live in a family/pet friendly neighborhood and can take them on neighborhood walks as well as walks on our local beaches/beach paths or in our local canyons and/or parks. It will be our pleasure to "hang out" with our new furry friends - we plan on lots of petting, play, exploring , lovin' and telling them "they are the best buddies in the world".
