When caring for pets in my home I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow their usual routines with feeding, walks, and playtime, and I pay attention to their individual needs and personalities. I treat every dog like they’re my own, giving them plenty of affection and care. I am gentle, patient, and attentive and have especially learned these things from working with dogs. and would never do anything to harm an animal. Working at a dog daycare also helped me learn about different sickness and what to look out for dogs when something isn’t right or if they need medical attention.

Basic info like: Pet’s name, age (so I can know if they are elderly) Any medical conditions or allergies. Medications they take and how/when to give them. Any treats they can or cannot have. And if I need to feed them when and how would you like for me to do it. Behavior and personality Favorite toys and games. How much exercise they need daily. Whether walks or outdoor time are allowed. Safety & routines: House rules: furniture, rooms, or off-limit areas. Preferred sleeping spots or crate instructions. Emergency contacts (vet, owner, local friend/family).
A typical day
I like to make sure pets are active and happy while I watch them. I will play with their toys, run around with them, take them on walks if they are a dog, and give them lots of attention and cuddles.

Hi, I’m Toccara! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them. I’ve cared for pets of all kinds like dogs, cats, birds, bunnies. I have officially been pet sitting since I was 16 and have also been working at a dog daycare for the past four months, where gained lots of experience with pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.
