Dog Lover & Walker in Oxford
I've had dogs around me for most of my life, so I'm very comfortable looking after them and being around different types of dogs. I've had experience with dogs of all different sizes and personalities and understand that every dog is different. I've also regularly walked my neighbours' dogs and looked after them when needed. I'm comfortable taking dogs on walks, making sure they're safe and giving them plenty of attention and exercise. I'm a very active person and enjoy going on walks, so I'd be more than happy to have a dog with me. I'm also patient and responsible and would always make sure a dog is comfortable and looked after properly. I'm happy to follow any routines or instructions an owner gives me, whether that's specific walking routes, feeding times or anything else their dog needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, so I'd always take that responsibility seriously.

Safety, trust & environment
As I can't have dogs staying in my own home, I would be looking after dogs in their own home or taking them out for walks. I think it's important that dogs feel comfortable and safe, especially when they're with someone they don't know very well yet. I'd make sure I follow the owner's instructions and keep to the dog's normal routine as much as possible, including walks, feeding and anything else they normally do. I'd always keep an eye on them when we're out and make sure they're safe around other dogs, people and traffic. I'd also keep the owner updated while they're away so they know their dog is okay. I'm responsible and would treat someone's dog with the same care and attention I'd want someone to give my own.

Schedule
I'm at university in Oxford, with lectures on Tuesday from 11am–1pm, Wednesday from 11am–1pm and Thursday from 11am–3pm. Outside of these times I'm generally very flexible and can work around different schedules. I'm also available most weekends, although I have a Brentford FC season ticket so there will be some weekends when I'm unavailable because of matches. Other than those weekends, I'm usually very flexible and happy to arrange times that work for both me and the owner.
