I have no breed preferences I love all types of pets. important things for me to know: 1) If they are on medication. 2) If the like company or prefer to be left alone. 3) If they like the out doors or prefer to be inside. 4) If they have any quirks. 5) If they are nervous around people or typically friendly. 6) If they are prone to biting or clawing.
A typical day
I have a backyard, so I would take them out to play (if they likely being outside). I find a good game of hide and seek typically gets the pets happy and intersted. I do ask if they have a favorite toy, that the owners bring the toy with them. I like to use their toys and plays little games. Depending on the owner I can even do some obedience training games for the pets as well.

Pet care experience
I have worked with all types of Dogs both in a professional capacity and social capacity. The longest I dog sat was for about 10 days. I typically do regular check-ins for with the owner's if they want to facetime their pets. I know how to properly walk dogs, feed them and make sure that they feel loved. I also work with cats as well. I try my best to provide a loving and comfortable environment because I know that some pets can be nervous at first. Your family member is safe with me because I see pets as part of the family. I treat them just as mine, with love , patience and understanding.
