I was very disappointed in Ting's lack of responsibility and respect. On the last of the three visits I had booked, she brought TWO STRANGERS with backpacks into my home without my consent. When my doorbell camera alerted me of multiple people entering, I messaged her and she apologized... but then they all left and DID NOT LOCK MY DOOR. These are significant safety concerns that caused me to cut my trip short and immediately go home. Less importantly, but worth noting, for the first of the three visits I had scheduled, Ting unexpectedly arrived three hours early because she "had to be at work" during the time she was scheduled to feed my pets.

Ting was able to help us out with a drop in visit at short notice.
