Availability
💻 Availability & Schedule I always begin with a meet and greet so we can make sure we’re a good fit, learn about your pet’s needs and personality, and give them a chance to feel comfortable with me. I’m selective about the clients I take on because the well-being and safety of your pets are my top priorities. I work best with pet parents who value mutual respect, clear communication, and a clean, comfortable home environment. 🏡🐶🐱 House Sitting: My remote role allows me to stay home most of the day, offering a calm, steady routine, attentive care, and meaningful companionship. 🦮🐈 Drop-ins & Walks: Generally available after 10 AM on weekdays, with some flexibility on weekends. I schedule visits carefully so each pet receives reliable, unrushed care.

🛡 Safety-Focused Approach Your pet’s safety and your home’s security are always my top priorities. I pay close attention to leash safety, door awareness, and the surrounding environment, while maintaining each pet’s normal indoor routine to keep them comfortable and at ease. 🦴🧶For the best experience, I currently accept pets who are fully house-trained. For safety and consistency, I care for indoor cats only. For homes without a physical fence or with invisible fences, dogs are always leashed and closely supervised outdoors.

A typical day
My goal is to keep your pet's routine consistent to minimize stress while you are away. For House Sitting: Morning: The day starts with an immediate potty break for dogs, followed by breakfast and fresh water. Daytime: Depending on your pet's energy level, we will have active play sessions, walks, or cozy nap times. Since I am working remotely, they will have constant companionship. Evening: Dinner time, followed by a relaxing evening walk or litter box cleaning. We’ll wind down with snuggles before bed. For Drop-in Visits & Walks: Dogs: I prioritize punctuality. We’ll head out for a walk or potty break immediately, ensuring they get exercise and "sniff time." Cats: I focus on a clean environment (scooping litter, fresh water) and social interaction. I’ll spend quality time playing with them or just sitting quietly if they prefer a calm presence. Updates: You will receive daily detailed updates with photos and videos, so you always know your furry friend is happy and safe. I tailor activities based on each pet's unique personality and energy level: For Energetic Dogs: We’ll go on "Sniffari" walks (letting them explore scents), play fetch, or have active playtime in the yard to burn off energy. For Playful Cats: I love engaging them with feather wands, laser pointers, or tossing toys for them to chase. For Seniors & Chill Pets: Gentle strolls, sunbathing, brushing, and lots of belly rubs. I’m happy to just be a comforting companion on the couch. Mental Stimulation: I enjoy using puzzle toys or practicing basic tricks for treats to keep their minds sharp. Photo Shoots: I love taking photos! Expect some adorable, high-quality portraits of your pet during my stay.

Pet care experience
Hi! I work from home full-time in the tech industry and offer calm, reliable in-home care for pets who feel happiest staying in their own familiar environment. Growing up with dogs and caring for 11 cats over the years — including rescuing a pregnant stray and raising her kittens — caring for animals has always felt second nature to me. I’m also passionate about local rescue efforts and excited to begin volunteering with ❤️ Seattle Humane to learn from and give back to shelter animals. 🐾 Consistent Companionship Because I work from home, I’m present most of the day. Your pet gets a calm, steady routine, plenty of affection, and genuine companionship — not just quick check-ins. 🧠 Emotion-Aware, Personality-Focused Care I adapt to each pet’s emotional needs, comfort level, and energy. Whether it’s a senior dog who prefers slower walks, a puppy who needs structure, or a shy cat who needs quiet patience, I meet them where they are and move at their pace. 💊 Medication & Special Needs I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering oral medication, and maintaining consistent feeding, walking, and 🛋️ sleep routines. 📸 Thoughtful Daily Updates You’ll receive regular photos, videos, and check-ins so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. 🏡 Respectful Home Care I treat your home with the same care and discretion as I treat your pet. I’m attentive to basic home details — such as smart alarms, packages, and trash schedules — so your home stays secure and well-maintained.

Tina is the best! She took wonderful care of our two dogs and two cats over Memorial Day weekend. We had a last-minute cancellation, and she came for a meet-and-greet the same day we reached out and quickly confirmed the booking, which was such a relief. She was very mindful of all of our house rules and clearly cared about our pets. Both our dogs and cats loved her, and it was obvious they were happy and comfortable in her care. She also went above and beyond by helping with little things around the house, including taking out our garbage bins. We received regular updates and came home to happy pets and a well-kept house. We would absolutely book with Tina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

This was the second week I've booked Tina and she's gone above and beyond expectations. She is someone that truly cares about animals and my pups are beyond excited when they see her.

Tina is great! Highly recommend 😊
It was an absolute pleasure using Tina to watch our senior Havanesse, Leo for three days. We have only had a select number of people watch Leo in the past. We were anxious leaving him, however Tina immediately eased those feelings. Tina's professionalism, and wonderful demeaner combined with her love of animals makes Tina one of the best dog /house sitter's out there! We had frequent updates about Leo throughout the day and we could not have asked for a more reliable, kind dog sitter.
