Your fur baby will always be under close supervision while staying in our home and will enjoy plenty of exercise and playtime with other furbabies. I host recurring doggy daycare from Tuesdays through Saturdays and also board multiple pups (photos available in my profile for reference), so social, supervised interaction is a regular part of our routine. My mom, auntie, and I are all very active and play a big role in daily care, we love taking the pups out for multiple walks and dog park runs because it’s a win-win: happy, well exercised dogs and a calm, cozy home afterward. Your fur baby will be safe, engaged and cared for by loving, experienced adults every step of the way

Information Tina C. would like to know about your pet
Please share details about your fur baby’s temperament and comfort level with both humans and other dogs, as this is very important. I care for additional furbabies through daycare and boarding, so knowing how your pet does in social settings helps ensure a safe and happy experience for everyone. I’d also love to know about any resource guarding, leash behavior or pulling during walks, as well as whether your pup tends to lunge at birds, squirrels, or rats (we do live in NYC after all). The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor care and keep your fur baby safe, comfortable and thriving.
A typical day
A typical day at Auntie Tina’s is active, structured and full of love. Furbabies start the day with a park run, followed by a shorter mid-day walk in the afternoon. In the early evening, pups head out for another park run and we wrap up the day with a long, relaxing walk right before bedtime. Schedules may shift slightly depending on weather or daily logistics but one thing never changes: by the end of the day, everyone is happily tired, that's guaranteed! It’s very important that your furbaby is friendly with other dogs, as I host recurring daycare from Tuesday through Saturday and occasionally board additional dogs. This means there is plenty of supervised playtime and social interaction in Auntie Tina’s home (photos available in my profile for reference). If your pup loves making friends and staying active, they’ll fit right in perfectly!

WFH carer, backed by a dream team👯
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Tina, born and raised New Yorker, very active human and proudly backed by the ultimate pet care dream team: my mom (Mama Tina) and my auntie (Auntie Yin). Yes, it takes a village.. and ours is excellent. When your fur baby stays with us, they’re never short on love, walks or attention. With three adults fully involved, pups get multiple walks a day, plenty of exercise and constant supervision. Reliable, dependable, extremely responsible, we take pet care seriously but we do it with a whole lot of heart. I’m a former fur mom to my beloved 13 year old husky lab who’s currently waiting for me at the rainbow bridge, so I truly understand how personal and emotional it is to trust someone with your fur baby. I care for every pet as if they were my own because once they’re here, they are family. This is very much a family affair. Mama Tina helps with walks, boarding support and the occasional pick up/drop off. She’s a part time nanny by trade (excellent with human children), which naturally makes her amazing with fur children too. Auntie Yin is also hands on and involved, so your pet is surrounded by calm, loving, experienced adults at all times. Fur babies are never left alone in our home, ever. By day, I’m a social worker/clinical manager who works from home, which means I have an Olympic level amount of patience (trust me 😅). Your pet will be in very capable, compassionate hands. I also send frequent photo and status updates, advance warning: I get a little trigger happy with the camera. Do you need five photos that look almost identical? Probably not. Will you get them anyway? Absolutely. My apologies in advance. Please let me know if there is any special preference you or your pet may prefer during the walk, doggy daycare, daily drop ins or having your pet boarding. I would love to accommodate as much as I possibly can because a happy pawrent is a happy fur baby. It would be my absolute pleasure in any way possible! I do have multiple feeding bowls, doggy beds, unlimited refills on brita/boiled water and tons of belly rubs. Also, dogs are allowed to roam freely in my 3 bedroom duplex apartment home, I do not own a crate or cage (I get asked a lot). I am available to meet prior to confirming any bookings and/or picking up keys, again, I am extremely flexible and it is always good for your fur baby to meet their sitter behind the profile! I am happy to answer any questions or concerns a parent may have to make the care easier for both parents and furbabies. Thank you for taking the time to read the detailed information, I truly appreciate this and again, feel free to reach out or call should you have any additional questions or concerns, if you cannot tell already, I am very happy to chat!!

Reviews

My cats loved Tina. One cat, who is usually shy and hides under the bed when someone new comes in, was out and about playing with Tina. I enjoyed and appreciated the daily updates and photos of the kitties. I also appreciated the care of feeding and box cleaning and removing anything smelly every day. Tina is a great, reliable kitty caretaker.

Tina was great! 10/10

Always perfect!

Tina took great care of my cat, Latte. She sent many photos which we absolutely love. We would definitely recommend her service.
