Timothy was great with my pup! Had him watch over her for a week.

I’m very disappointed with the care and communication during my dogs’ 4-day stay. When I picked up my almost 4-month-old German Shepherd, Mika, she was covered in urine and the blanket I provided was saturated as well. She has never had an accident like this at home, even when kenneled for 5–6 hours. After bringing her home, I noticed green discharge when she urinated and took her to the vet, where she was diagnosed with a UTI. I was told dehydration and holding urine for extended periods can contribute to UTIs, which understandably raised concerns about how often she was taken outside and how long she was actually kenneled. I was told Mika was only kenneled overnight and for about 30 minutes while the other dogs were fed, but given the condition I picked her up in, that explanation was difficult for me to reconcile with what I observed. I was also concerned about their food. I understand dogs may eat differently in a new environment, but I specifically measured Mika’s food and explained that she needed 1 cup three times a day. Over 4 cups of her food remained when I picked her up, and she looked noticeably thinner. Charlie, my normally very picky 7-year-old, also came home unusually hungry and immediately ate blueberries he normally refuses. My biggest issue was the lack of communication. If either dog wasn't eating, drinking, having accidents, or experiencing any other issues, I would have expected to be notified. Other sitters I’ve used through this app have been very diligent about communicating these things. I’m not trying to be unfair or accusatory, but I was genuinely shocked to see my dogs come home in the condition they did after only four days. I trusted this sitter with my babies, and unfortunately, I left this experience with serious concerns about their care and the lack of communication.

This was Lola's 1st time with Tim and she had a great time there, playing with other dogs. She needs exercise and she got plenty of it. Close to home, very quick to drop off. I will use Tim again when needed.

Timothy is the best sitter for our doggos. He truly cares about them and deals with their big personalities so well. They are always so well cared for and come home happy!
