Pet care is already built into my daily routine—it’s what my days revolve around. I’m out at the park for a couple of hours every day with my own dog, rain or shine, so adding another dog to that rhythm is seamless. My schedule is wide open and flexible, which means I’m available full-time for walks, drop-ins, daycare, or boarding—at your home, my home, or out at the park. I’m not trying to fit this in around another job—this is my focus, so your dog gets consistent time, attention, and care. My dog would love the company if yours enjoys being social, but if your dog is more of a lone wolf, that’s completely fine too—I’m happy to tailor the environment to whatever makes them most comfortable.

I keep things simple, consistent, and centered around what each dog needs. In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family—free to relax on the couch or bed, with plenty of attention and a calm, comfortable environment. We stick to their usual routines as much as possible (feeding, walks, meds), and they get daily outdoor time with real exercise and fresh air. I live right across from a large park, but park choice is always flexible—if your dog has a favorite spot, I’m happy to take them there. My dog is friendly and enjoys company, but I can also create a quieter, separate environment if your dog prefers to do their own thing. In a client’s home, I follow your routine as closely as possible so your dog feels secure in their own space. That includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (oral, injections, ear treatments), and any specific instructions you have. Walk locations are always tailored to your dog’s preferences and comfort. Whether it’s a walk, a stay, or a drop-in, the goal is always the same: your dog gets real attention, real exercise, and doesn’t feel alone.

A typical day
Most of my day is already built around being outside with my own dog—exploring parks all over Seattle, getting real exercise, and just letting dogs be dogs. We’re out for a couple of hours every day, so it’s not about “adding” activity—it’s just a matter of whether your dog wants to come along. That usually means park time, running, sniffing, exploring, and plenty of mental stimulation—not just a quick walk around the block. I like to rotate parks depending on the day, so there’s always something new to keep things interesting (but I’m also happy to stick to your dog’s favorite spots if they have them). For boarding, my dog is incredibly sweet, social, and easygoing, which helps create a natural, comfortable environment—especially for dogs who enjoy having a friend around. If your dog prefers more one-on-one time, I can easily adjust the dynamic to match their personality. At the end of the day, it’s simple: lots of outdoor time, real engagement, and making sure your dog is active, happy, and never bored.

Dogs are family here—always have been. I live right across from a 9-acre park and spend about two hours there every day with my own dog, rain or shine (for the past 11 years). If your dog loves being outside, they’ll get real exercise—not just a quick walk around the block. At home, dogs are treated like they should be—on the couch, on the bed, wherever they’re comfortable. Lots of attention, affection, and a calm, consistent environment. I’ve spent a lifetime around dogs of all ages and temperaments and have a very natural read on their behavior—call it instinct, call it being an animal person, but it matters. I’m also experienced administering medications—oral, injections, ear treatments—we’ve done it all over the years. If your dog wants to run, relax, or just be around someone who genuinely gets them, they’ll fit right in here.

If my dog could write this review, it would probably just say “when can I go back?” 😂 Seriously though—Tim is not your typical sitter. My dog got tons of exercise, attention, and was treated like part of the family (including couch privileges, which he loved). It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in such a good environment. My dog is over 100lbs and although very well behaved, his size is a lot to handle and Tim was great at keeping him in line. Tim was easy & timely to communicate with, making planning smooth.
What stood out to me about Tim was his experience and calm approach with dogs. Mine can be a little particular, and he handled everything perfectly-including administering medication without any issues. He really pays attention to each dog's personality and needs, and it shows. Reliable, communicative, and clearly someone who takes this seriously. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things. You can tell right away that Tim genuinely loves dogs and understands them. My dog came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. I also really appreciated the updates and the amount of time he spent outside with them—it’s not just a quick walk and done. I trust him completely and would absolutely recommend him to anyone
