Timothy is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. His attention to detail and the amount of responsibility he has says a lot. He taken care of my girlfriend and I’s dog, Jax. I trusted Tim with both my dogs and my home on multiple occasions, and he was someone I always felt completely comfortable leaving things with when I was away. He cared for my two dogs, Honcho and Blue, who had very different personalities. Honcho, my Chihuahua, is energetic, playful, and particular about when and how he wanted to interact. Tim was really good at reading his cues and knowing when he wanted to play, wanted attention, or just wanted his space. Blue, my Schnauzer mix, was much more easygoing and affectionate, and Tim naturally figured out how to give them both the kind of attention they needed. He followed their feeding and walking schedules, handled the occasional accident without making it a big deal (you know how Chihuahuas can be even after a walk 😂), and paid attention to the little things. He even noticed a change in their stool consistency after a food change and mentioned it to me. Communication was easy too. I never had to chase him down for updates, and he’d throw in a cute picture here and there for some occasional cuteness and peace of mind. I also trusted Tim to house sit while I traveled for work as a performer. He respected my space, followed my instructions, kept everything secure, and I always came home to things the way I left them. Tim was patient, observant, dependable, and really good at understanding that every pet has their own personality. I’d absolutely trust him with my dogs and my home again.

I’ve known him from my building, where he worked as the concierge, and he has always come across as a hardworking, responsible, and accountable young man. He has always been kind and attentive toward the pets in the building.
