Tijung and Licheng were very kind and helpful, Desmond had a great time staying with them. Even though he nervous peed during his first night with them, Tijung and Licheng were accomodating and helped him feel more at ease. I would reach out to them for boarding again.

Schedule
We have a highly flexible routine designed around pet care. Both of us work stable jobs with a hybrid schedule (WFH 2 days a week). On office days, one of us works just a 10-minute walk from home and drops in during lunchtime for mid-day check-ins, potty breaks, and care. On weekends, we are fully available all day. This ensures your pet gets frequent attention, structure, and companionship throughout the week without being left alone for long stretches!

Safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. We live in a vibrant, pet-friendly condo building where the community is exceptionally welcoming and inclusive to animals. Our home is equipped with indoor cameras so we can monitor your pet’s wellbeing in real-time. We believe in complete transparency and will send you regular photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see how happy and comfortable your pet is. Whether hosting in our home or providing drop-in visits, we maintain clear communication, strictly follow your pet's routine, and ensure a calm, safe, and loving environment.
A typical day
A typical day with us is balanced, fun, and relaxing! We tailor activities to your pet's energy level and needs. During outdoor walks, we love taking them to local parks for fresh air and always allow plenty of time for 'sniffari' walks so they can explore at their own pace. Indoors, we offer fun play sessions with their favorite toys, gentle enrichment games, and interactive play. Most importantly, we balance activity with plenty of quiet downtime, cozy naps, and cuddle time so your pet stays happy, relaxed, and never overwhelmed!

- To give your pet the safest and most comfortable experience, we like to know a few key details in advance: - Routine & Habits: Feeding schedules, bathroom habits, and favorite nap spots. - Temperament & Triggers: Any fears (e.g., loud noises, specific dogs), reactivity, or social preferences. - Health & Dietary Needs: Medications, allergies, special diet instructions, or mobility limits. - Comfort & Favorites: Their favorite toys, treats, and how they like to be comforted when feeling anxious.
