Hello! We are a mother and daughter team who would be happy to take care of your pets. We currently have two cats in our home who are an important part of the family. We are passionate about caring for animals. One day we hope to open up an animal sanctuary to help stray and injured animals. We are open to caring for all types of animals. We enjoy playing and spending time with them. We will feed your pets, take them on walks, and keep them company. I am very disappointed with our experience. The mother and daughter interviewed together, but the daughter ended up providing the actual pet-sitting services. Unfortunately, after returning home and reviewing our Ring footage, I discovered several issues that caused me serious concern. Our dogs were not taken on the walks that had been discussed. The sitter also had her boyfriend at our home without our knowledge or permission. While I would not necessarily have objected had this been discussed beforehand, it wasn't. More concerning was the lack of honesty when I asked about these issues. When I initially asked about her boyfriend being at the house, she said he had only stopped by briefly to drop off food. The footage clearly showed him entering and leaving the home hours apart. Only later did she acknowledge via text that he had been over. I also asked whether she had stayed overnight as agreed. She said she had. When I questioned why her vehicle was not visible, she claimed it had been parked in the garage. This was not possible, as our vehicles occupied all available garage spaces and none had been moved. Most importantly, our dogs were left unattended for approximately 14 hours. This is not the level of care we expected, were promised, or paid for. What ultimately led to this review was the level of care provided (or not provided) and lack of honesty. Trust is essential when someone is caring for your pets and staying in your home, and unfortunately that trust was broken.
Tiffany was on time for every scheduled visit and did everything for my sweet pup that I requested!

Tiffany was attentive, reliable, and took great care of my cat while I was away. Their help was truly appreciated and gave me peace of mind knowing my pet was in good hands. Highly recommended!
Tiffany was great - our cat, Sadie, greeted her right away with nuzzles when she first met her. We love the daily updates and pictures!
