Each client I make sure to schedule so that I won’t have to reschedule or cancel. I know the difficulty that can cause for the owners! Particularly when you’re promised a set appointment. I grew up rural and farming but always worked in Government. Right now my job allows me the opportunity to be flexible. I’m easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and can manage many different jobs at once, depending on the circumstances, of course.

As always, I take care of your pets as I would my very own! Same goes for your home, property and rules. I consider it a privilege to have been selected caretaker of your pet while you’re away. Most important, for them to feel at home..AT HOME. Knowing their owner will be coming back..this is temporary.. and while in my care, feel at ease. I do everything as requested and MORE to fully take their needs into consideration and by having you leave a detailed note that explains everything they need during the visit along with any and all (important, need to know, emergency) contacts- it makes everything so much easier for me and you.

I like to know up front what your dogs favorites and least favorites are. Such as-he’s terrified of thunderstorms. Or she hates doorbells. Also I ask all my pet parents provide a JUST IN CASE list. For just that..an emergency numbers vet, etc. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind!
A typical day
I try my hardest to provide nothing but the best for your pets. Don’t worry, knowing they will be loved and have my attention. Like the dog owner going on vacation knowing his best buddy that’s too old to travel now, will get time outback sunbathing in his favorite spot. Given his favorite treats, and will get his short walk down and back up the block before his medication then bed. Or The student who is going home for Thanksgiving. She can’t take her cats. I stop in, 2x a day feed and play with them. I’ll Clean and tidy up because they made somewhat of a mess..then text her pictures of them because she misses them. Each booking is different. So is each pet. But, staying on track with a pets schedule and providing them with a comfortable environment is important to me.

Pet care experience
My love for animals is bred into me. Generations of farmers,passed down to me. Iv had extensive experience with many animals. I’m comfortable around animals and they, me. Many clients are repeat customers! Whether it be a Housesitting request, drop-in visit or feeding-I’m there! I am very flexible and have great time management. In the past I have taken care of dogs with cancer. Taking them to appointments in Charlotte and back home. Administrating medication if needed while at home. I follow whatever details given by the owners. Usually (just as kids) a list of instructions and contact numbers I request.

The house was clean when we came back, which is sort of rare as far as house sitters go, unfortunately. All in all a great sitting!
Tiffany W. cancelled a booking 4 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Tiffany is a very sweet girl, my dogs responded to her very well, she was able to give one of my dogs their insulin... my house was clean when I got home as it was when I left.
Tiffany did a great job with our pets! She communicated with us throughout her visits and our pets loved her so much. We would definitely use her again to take care of our fur babies!
