I am a veterinary medicine scientist at NCSU vet school and I currently care for a variety of livestock on my small farm in Selma, NC! We have horses, chickens, a hermit crab, and a sweet rescued dog named Ladybug! I love spending time with animals and will care for your animal just like my own! I have worked with a professional dog trainer and understand basics of leash walking and basic obedience. I am professional and on-time with appointments, attentive to detail, and highly organized. I have had pets my whole life and worked with animals professionally for about 18 years! I also volunteer with the Wake County SPCA when my schedule allows and passionately advocate for local rescue groups!

I highly recommend Tiffany. She was wonderful with my cat, Sweetie PIe!! Sweetie PIe is mainly an outdoor cat. She is a bit skittish and distrustful of people she doesn't know so it can be a challenge for a new person to try to take care of her. Tiffany was great. She checked on her regularly and made sure that Sweetie PIe had food and water and kept me well informed on how Sweetie PIe was doing. I enjoyed my trip so much more knowing what good care Sweetie PIe was getting. I will definitely be calling Tiffany again to take care of Sweetie Pie when I go out of town!
Tiffany was incredible! She kept us posted how the dogs were doing and is a true animal lover! Our pups were in great hands! We will be using Tiffany again for sure!

Tiffany is absolutely amazing! Ben had a great time and when I picked him up he kept going to her for snuggles and pets. Tiffany went above and beyond with Ben and was so professional. I will definitely try Tiffany first if I ever need hosting for Ben. 5 Star!!

Schedule
I work full-time as a scientist who primarily works remotely so my schedule is very flexible during the week and weekends. I also ride horses locally!

Safety, trust & environment
I only accept 1 client at a time, so your pet will get all the attention they deserve! I am an attentive care-taker for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, livestock (horses, goats, sheep & cows) & birds (parrots & poultry). For pet-sitting on my property your pet will be allowed full access to my home away from my personal pets (I keep my personal animals quarantined in a separate suite within my home when we have visitors) and also have access to our large yard for potty breaks & outside time when weather allows. We also have a large fenced in area for outside playtime when the weather allows!

A typical day
I love to spend time with animals throughout my day - we take short walks during the hottest portion of the summer days and longer walks in the mornings & evenings. Pets remain on my 13 acre property and we have plenty of space to explore.
