My dog wants another friend
I work from home so I am available to watch your pup while you are in office during the weekdays, and as well as on the weekends! They will have a fenced yard to play in, and can go potty as much as they want. If they prefer to be indoors, there are plenty of dog toys to go around and beds/couches to relax in. I usually go on walks in the afternoon for about an hour, this can be adjusted based on your dog’s energy level. There are lots of green spaces around me. I do not take dogs to off-leash dog parks. I have over 4 years of dog training experience since getting my dog as a 10-week old puppy. I am well-versed in puppy training and obedience, and I can recognize dog behaviour. My dog knows over 30 commands and tricks that I’ve trained myself. My golden retriever is very friendly and loves to play! He is very gentle with small dogs, and can match their energy. He recognizes when the other pup doesn’t want to play and will keep to himself. If you have a very playful pup, he will play with them for hours. I am comfortable with puppies and adult dogs, even those that are very energetic.

Ollie loved his time in Tiffany’s care. Noodle was a perfect match for Ollie’s energy they looked like best friends with all the playing they enjoyed throughout the day. Tiffany was very considerate in listening to our specific requests and considerations for watching Ollie. She was very patient and ensured that Ollie got the attention he needed throughout the day. She also shared photos and videos frequently to update us on how Ollie was.
Tiffany took amazing care of our dog Levi while we were away on vacation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful. We started with a meet and greet, which went great — Levi and her dog Noodle instantly hit it off. It was clear right away they were going to have a great time together! During Levi’s stay, Tiffany sent multiple updates every day with photos and videos of Levi playing and hanging out with Noodle. I never once had to wonder how he was doing or ask for updates because Tiffany was always proactive about keeping us in the loop. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable he was. She also took the time to understand Levi’s routine before his stay. Levi needs quiet time after meals to protect his stomach, and Tiffany made sure he had proper rest instead of playtime. She even separated Levi and Noodle into different rooms during nap times to make sure he could relax properly. That level of care and attention really meant a lot to us. We’re so grateful for the love and care Levi received, and we would absolutely trust Tiffany to watch him again. Highly recommend!
Tiff is fantastic with dogs! She was excellent with my dog, Pumpkin, who is a big girl and a high-energy breed. It can be scary to leave your dog with someone new, but Tiff is reliable, organized, and trustworthy. She has also trained her own dog, Noodle, extremely well and he’s very well-behaved. On top of this, Tiff is very loving — your dog is sure to be in great hands with her!
Tiffany is such an amazing dog owner to her own dog, Noodle. She truly treats him like he is her own child and takes his physical health and happiness as her number one priorities. She is very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and I trust that she will be able to ensure the safety and happiness of every dog she watches.

Schedule
I work from home so I can be with your dog all day Monday through Friday. I am home most weekends, but do go out to do errands but never more than 6 hours, so your dog won’t be left alone for very long. Plus he will be kept in good company from my dog!

As a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is for your dog to be in a safe and loving environment. I will care for your dog like I do my own which consists of lots of play time and attention. I will follow your dog’s normal schedule at home so that they feel comfortable in a new space and all pet care instructions will be followed carefully. I will send lots of pictures and videos of your dog while he stays with me.

A typical day
If the weather is nice, I like taking dogs to explore the neighbourhood and smell all the smells. There are many green spaces in my area for them to roll around in the grass. For high energy dogs, I like playing ball with them in the yard. I also have lots of puzzles and snuffle mats for mental stimulation. With my own dog, I like playing hide and seek with him in the house or doing lots of trick training to tire him out mentally.

- Please let me know of any special needs your dog may have, as well as if they have any resource guarding tendencies, either with food or with toys. I would prefer for dogs to be fully vaccinated and be house trained. My dog is a 90 lbs retriever so your pup would have to be comfortable with big dogs. Note that I won’t accept dogs that have never been boarded before.
