I am currently “retired” and have an extremely flexible schedule when I am not traveling. When I am in the Fairbanks area I should be able to help care for your dog most days/times.

I have two fully fenced back yards. Barb (my dog) loves all dogs, and it is just Barb, my husband, and myself living in our home right now. I'm happy to accommodate the needs of your dog by keeping them at our house, going to your home, and/or taking them for a walk/hike/potty break. I also enjoy training puppies.

Please let me know how your dog does with children and other dogs and how they do on and off leash. I would appreciate you letting me know anything else you can about your dog....e.g. If they like to swim, if there's anything they should not eat, what their feeding and walking schedules are, if they need medication, what their favorite walks are and how far they like to go etc. etc.
A typical day
If your dog is staying with us, we will take daily walks to parks and/or to the river. There will of course be lots of petting and "conversations" :-)

My parents bred Golden Retrievers when I was a young child, and I have loved and had dogs since I was born. Barb, a 120lb Rottweiler/Mastiff, is our current companion after losing Richard, our 165lb St. Bernard. Now that my husband and I are empty-nesters, and now that I am retired (for the time being) I'm excited to take care of other dogs. I'm skilled at dog training and love dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds and demeanors. Walking/hiking is one of my favorite past times. I'm excited for the opportunity to take care of your pooch!

TIffany was very conscientious and thoughtful regarding my dog Homer and cat Lucien. They both have their own unique personalities and degree of anxiety and Tiffany was great with both of them. Her dog Barb seemed to take Homer in stride and the pictures she sent seemed like Homer found a good friend. I very much appreciated Tiffany asking me questions regarding any idiosyncrasies in their care and how to make them feel at home. It really helped set my mind at ease to know she cared enough to make sure she knew them as individuals. I would highly recommend her.
Tiffany was a fantastic sitter. She was so kind, easy to communicate with, and took great care of our pup. Her dog Barb is a gentle giant and got along well with our dog, as well. We highly recommend and would absolutely use Tiffany again! Thanks so much!
