When interviewed and filled in with the requirements of the booking, Tiffani was very prompt and attentive. And I liked Tiffani. She said upfront that she had to concentrate on her schooling and could not pay attention to the dogs 24/7, and that was understandable and fine, especially considering her very reasonable fees. She is very difficult to rate. I think she did a good job. But she gave almost zero feedback. When we returned we found out that she did things not totally expected, like using our bedroom (she said she wasn’t staying nights), doing laundry, etc. A filial on a lamp was broken, no doubt due to a dog knocking the lamp down, not her fault, but not reported on, either. The yard was left a little messy, with a couple of paper plates in the yard and, mysteriously, a whole roll of paper towels left out in the rain. Garbage was put in the clearly marked recycle bin, and recycling was put in the trash can, None of this is a big deal. The big deal is no communication about this. Or practically anything else. Even considering that she was understandably preoccupied with schoolwork,and that is admirable, the level of communication was dreadful after the first few days. Not that I expected photos and stories every day. I reiterated to her that I did not expect daily feedback, just occasional, and she apologized and did some feedback, but then it stopped altogether, and I gave up. My fiend came and checked on the dogs every day and gave plenty of feedback, so I was not totally in the dark or excessively worried about the dogs, but Tiffani needs to communicate better. I would have brought these minor complaints up with Tiffani instead of just putting them in a review. but Tiffani had stopped communicating, never asked “How am I doing” or “How did I do?”, and I had given up by then. Again, I have nothing to indicate Tiffani did a bad job, just apparently an imperfect one, but she’s human , no big deal. But whoever hires her next must stress the importance of communication, as that was obviously her weak point.

I was nervous because my puppy (~8 month collie) needs a LOT of stimulation, but Tiffani worked extremely well with him. I got all the updates I needed about his walks and games and playtime, and she somehow managed to tire him out, which I can barely do LOL! When I got home he was so calm and happy, I definitely recommend booking with Tiffani! 10/10

We left our old Golden, Maple, with Tiffani for the week, and I don't think she wanted to come home haha. I'm hesitant to leave Maple with anyone but Tiffani handled everything perfectly and kept us super updated so I didn't stress at all. We got lots of pics and detailed updates about her appetite and mood, and really took care of our girl :) It’s rare to find someone who treats a senior dog with that level of patience and tenderness. We will absolutely be booking again, thank you Tiiffani!

I've known Tiffani and her family for a long time, so I know she would be the perfect fit to care for your furry friends. I've seen how she interacts with her own pets, as well as my own dog, whom she walks and cares for when I am out of town. She is dedicated to the job, and it is apparent that she really cares for all pets.

Tiffani did a great job watching my cat for a week. Although he really doesn't require much work, she was excited to do the job nevertheless!

Tiffani did an amazing job watching my puppy, while I was away on vacation! I was a little nervous as that was my first time leaving him alone. However, she kept me well informed, sent me lots of pictures and followed my care instructions flawlessly!
