Highlights
Pet care experience
I look forward to meeting you!!
I bring a calm, caring, and attentive approach to pet care, with years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages and needs. What sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to quickly build trust with pets and tailor my care to their individual personalities and routines. I have experience with everything from high-energy puppies who need consistency and training, to senior pets who require gentle handling, medication administration, and a little extra patience. I'm also comfortable with special needs animals and understand how important it is to follow specific care instructions closely. Whether it's a playful walk, a relaxing cuddle, or attentive feeding and hygiene routines, I treat every pet as if they were my own. making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, behavior, and any special needs to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow your instructions closely—keeping your pet's environment familiar, secure, and consistent. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are properly secured and always keep a close eye during walks or outdoor time. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to relax and play. I limit the number of pets I take at once to ensure each one gets personalized attention and care. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's hands—and I’m committed to earning that trust by communicating openly, sending regular updates, and treating your pet like family.
Ratings and reviews
Tierra is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our furry troop! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets! When we came home after our weekend away our pets were relaxed and happy. During our time away Tierra sent us photos of our babies having fun which was really nice 🙂 I look forward to booking Tierra again in the future!! Thanks for doing such a great job, keep up the great work!! ❤”
Tierra is dependable, compassionate and loves animals. She has walked and cared for my dog, Shilo, many times and he loved to see her when she came to my home . She would play with him in the back yard throwing balls for extra exercise and give him a good workout. You will be able to depend on Tierra. Connie S. .
