Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I truly love it and make it a priority. I’m currently in nursing school, but I manage my time well and have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate focused, quality time to the pets I watch. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, I plan my day around giving each pet the attention and care they deserve. Caring for animals brings me so much peace and joy—it’s something I genuinely look forward to. My fiancé also loves animals and is always happy to help love on and care for any pets staying with us, especially while I’m in class. Between the two of us, your pet will be surrounded by plenty of attention, affection, and dependable care.

Every pet is unique, so I do my best to follow each owner’s routine as closely as possible to keep pets comfortable and happy—whether I’m caring for them in my home or theirs. In a client’s home, I make sure your pet feels safe and stress-free by keeping things consistent. I’ll follow feeding schedules, take them on their usual walks or play sessions, give medication if needed, and make sure they get plenty of love and attention. I’m tidy, respectful of your space, and treat your home as I would my own. If I’m hosting in my home, your pet will enjoy a quiet, spacious environment with lots of room to explore (we’re on 27 acres!). While we haven’t adopted a pet of our own yet, our home is cozy, calm, and full of love to give. Whether they’re snuggling on the couch or getting fresh air outside, I’ll make sure your pet feels like part of the family. No matter the service, my goal is to create a safe, loving experience that gives you total peace of mind.

Before caring for any pet, I like to know as much as possible so I can give them the best experience and keep them safe, happy, and comfortable. It’s helpful to know: • Their daily routine (feeding, potty breaks, walk times, bedtime, etc.) • Any medical needs or medications • Favorite toys, treats, and activities • Any fears, quirks, or triggers (like loud noises, storms, or certain situations) • Crate or kennel habits, if they use one • Commands they know and how they respond to them The more I know, the better I can match their usual routine and give them personalized care. I want your pet to feel at home and for you to have complete peace of mind while you’re away!
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about making sure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and entertained! I tailor each day to your pet’s personality and energy level—whether they’re a couch snuggler, a backyard explorer, or a toy-chasing machine. For dogs, we’ll go on walks (or mini adventures if they love the outdoors), play fetch or tug-of-war, and enjoy some chill time with belly rubs and ear scratches. If they’re more active, I’ll keep them engaged with playtime and structured activities to burn off energy. For the cuddlers, I’m always happy to sit and relax with them—it’s their day, after all! If I’m watching cats, they’ll get plenty of attention, playtime with their favorite toys, and of course, some cozy lounging in their favorite spots. I’ll also make sure their feeding and litter routines stay right on schedule. No matter the pet, I aim to make each day feel like a vacation—full of fun, love, and one-on-one attention. I’ll keep you updated with plenty of pictures and notes so you know exactly how much fun your furry friend is having!

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Tierra, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by everything from tiny chihuahuas and yorkie-poos to loyal German shepherds—and not just dogs! My childhood was filled with the love and responsibility of caring for cats, pigs, goats, chickens, pigeons, dwarf hamsters, and even saltwater fish. Safe to say, animals aren’t just a part of my life—they are my life. Currently, I live with my fiancé on a beautiful 27-acre property. While our rental allows pets, we’ve decided to wait until we buy our first home to adopt our first dog together. It’s a decision based on giving a future pet the absolute best life possible—but I miss being around animals more than words can say. That’s why I’d love nothing more than to pour all that love and attention into your pets in the meantime. I’m trustworthy, loving, honest, and reliable—and I truly treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether your pet needs an energetic playmate, a calm companion, or a patient caregiver, I’m here to give them all the affection and attention they deserve.
