I am an certified veterinary technician and love doing dog AND cat sitting on the side! As well as exotics and farm animals, such as reptiles, rabbits and chickens! I live in SE Salem right next to some parks and a school. My yard is fully chain linked fence, about 5 ft tall. I provide access to the yard as needed, I don't leave the pet unattended! About this sitter: It's tough to find the right person who has the same love for your dog as you do and has the personality that's understanding and the comforting experience in the veterinary field. All any dog lover could ask for. Right here~! As for a personal reference about me, I am 35 years young and have 15 years of animal care experience. I have my own car, own my house, and I work at a veterinary clinic and LOVE it. Vet Technician for 14 years. Dog boarding experience for 12+ years. Dog grooming experience for 1 year. Volunteered at multiple shelters. Why I love dog sitting When I was 5 years old my mom was taking a home video. I was telling her how when I was all grown up I was going to be a doggy doctor. Tienne was a life saver! She took care of my puppy last minute and was even able to keep him later than I originally scheduled when an event ran over. He was happy and tired when I picked him up! I felt very at ease leaving him with her.

Tienne watched my dog for a week over the holiday and was so wonderful to him. Jack even got a new Christmas toy and got to play at the park. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to watch/care for their animals.
Tienne was amazing! Tienne agreed to watch my puppy last minute and gave me updates throughout the day with pictures. I usually have a hard time letting people I don’t know watch my dog and she made me feel like my boy was taken well care of and loved ❤️. She understood my puppy was an anxious ball of energy and was able to console and handle my pup. She understood the Dachshund breed more than anyone I have ever let watch my boy, and reassured me that he was in good hands. She really does connect with animals and enjoys them. If you are thinking of choosing her, you should. 10000/10 rating if I could!

Schedule
I work most days (never weekends) but only for 4-5 hours in the morning. My schedule is also flexible so I can be home whenever is needed.

I have a large fenced yard, dog kennels and free roam of the house. My couch is ready for the snuggles and we have kids who are dog friendly to give the love! We also go to the park in walking distance every day for the able pets.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks: Local school park and fields. Your dog's sleeping arrangement If required, I have kennels. Otherwise, free roaming the house and usually secluded to the living room. Time I'll spend with your dog: 3-4 hours or more, depending.

- I love all breeds. But I'd be a liar if i said i didn't have favorites. I really enjoy herding dogs (border collies, Australian shepherds etc..). I also love little dogs like Chihuahuas! I would prefer the pet to have a basic line on potty training. I would like to be told if the pet has any bad behaviors such as barking constantly, chewing, or biting at the owner or sitter. Things like leash training I can handle.
