I met Tiare in advance to meet and greet, showed her around, and explained the routine. My dog has an ulcer, so I explained how strict schedule is important for her health. Tiare was nice, understanding, and friendly. I gave her a key and asked to be on time on the start day. On the first day she was 3 hours late. She didn’t update or inform me until I asked, I was very nervous sitting on the plane in the air, not knowing if or when she’ll show up. Tiare said she had a car accident and was still coming. Ok I understand, accidents happen. Next day, she just disappeared for half a day, missed evening walk and dinner, and showed up 2 hours later. I texted her and said that’s not what we agreed on. She gave me an excuse and promised “I’ll do better tomorrow “. Next day she texted me about a situation at work and she had to go to work for half of day and that her sister can come and take care of everything instead of her. At this point, I understood that I just can’t rely on Tiare. Two days of total stress and uncertainty. I had to call rover support and look for immediate replacement. Additionally, I provided clean bed and amenities for her stay, and asked her respectfully to not to come into my personal bedroom and bathroom, and that I have camera in there to watch the dog because she sleeps in my bed. Tiare ignored that request and went into my room stating that she was looking for an outlet to charge her phone. I have plenty of outlets in her room, kitchen, and living room where she was allowed to be. All that experience left me with a lot of stress, being in a long waited vacation with my family, I lost sleep and was shaking because I had a person in my house that I can’t trust and rely on.

Tiare was amazing! Very communicative, attentive, and made our dogs feel right at home. She set great expectations and followed through. We’ll absolutely ask Tiare to come back again.

We’re grateful to have had Tiare care for our dogs while we were away. Our dogs were very comfortable around her when they met her a few days ahead of time. Our pups were clearly well taken care of, and it was such a comfort receiving daily photos, which made a big difference while we were traveling over the last 4 days. The house was also left clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. There was a delay in Tiare’s arrival due to events outside of her control, which we completely understand. That said, we would have appreciated more proactive communication to help ease the stress of leaving for the airport without knowing for sure what time she would get there. Overall, Tiare did a great job caring for our pets. We're thankful for her care and attention to our dogs' needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tiare was an absolutely amazing dog sitter! She took the time to come meet my dog beforehand, which really put me at ease. Throughout the six days she watched my dog, she was incredibly communicative, sending regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated. Not only did she take great care of my pup, but she was also the perfect house guest—she cleaned up after herself and treated my home with the utmost respect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be hiring her again! Highly recommend!

She was amazing! I came home to very happy dogs and a very clean house. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
