Tianyi was very responsible and attentive. She fed my cat, cleaned the litter box, gently wiped my cat’s face, and even helped feed my fish. I really appreciate her care and dedication.
Tianyi took care of my cats for two days and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was very communicative, patient, and sent daily photos and videos that made me feel completely at ease. My cats looked relaxed and happy the whole time — you can really tell she loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. I will definitely book Tianyi again. Highly recommended to any cat parent who wants peace of mind!

I have an exotic shorthair cat with a flat face, so she needs a bit of extra care, like daily face cleaning. Tianyi has been very responsible, when I was out of town for short and long vacations, she came over to help feed her and also offered some emotional support since my cat is quite clingy.
She’s the best! My two cats adored her. She played with them, kept everything clean, and sent me the cutest pics every day. I could totally relax knowing they were in good hands.
