I appreciate that she accepted the booking, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t positive. She advertises on her profile that she can administer medication, which was a major reason I chose her. I provided clear written instructions, but the medication was not given. I only learned this when I followed up while sitting at the airport waiting to return home, which caused immediate stress and really put a damper on my trip. When I arrived home, my cat was very sick from missing his medication, and I had to take him for veterinary care, resulting in a $300 bill. I’ve used Rover several times, and this experience did not meet the level of care I expected—especially for a pet with medical needs. I don’t doubt that she cares about animals, but administering medication is a serious responsibility. I hope this review helps set clearer expectations for future clients.
