I am an avid pet lover with over 30 years experience caring for pets. I have a fenced yard and awesome paths nearby for walking. I have been entrusted with our friends, family and neighbours pets for years. I want your furry family to feel at home while you’re away. For that reason, I require a 2-night minimum stay for boarding and house sitting. This allows your pet enough time to adjust, relax, and truly enjoy their stay with me.

I reached out to Tia fairly last minute to my 2 week vacation, and she responded promptly and set up a meet and greet. I instantly felt comfortable and thought it would be a great fit for my dog Penny. Upon dropping Penny off, Tia told me that she would update me with photos. The updates and photos were so great to get!! I could enjoy my vacation knowing that Penny was happy and in good hands. When I picked up Penny, Tia had given her a bath and washed her blanket! I can’t say enough positive things about our first experience with Tia! I would leave Penny there again anytime!

We had a fantastic experience with Tia! She invited us to visit her clean, welcoming home before we booked, which gave us great peace of mind. She took excellent care of our dog, Alfie, accommodated all of our requests, and kept us updated with regular messages and photos while we were away. She even washed Alfie's bedding before we picked him up, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend Tia and are already looking forward to our next vacation knowing Alfie will be in such great hands!

Schedule
I currently work from home. There will be someone home at all times. I also have two kids ages 12 & 14 that are very well versed in caring for pets and are eager to assist!! Send em over!! 😊

Pets
A typical day
A fun day usually starts @ 7 am with breakfast then a brisk walk and potty time. We will explore the local neighbourhood and see what’s good. We will return home and share some cuddles. Furry friend will either play with the helpers or chill out assisting during work hours. Another potty break at noon with some cuddles and play. Evening time wraps up with a walk, dinner, potty break and a bedtime snack.
