Currently, I have a very flexible schedule, as I am also a professional home and vacation home cleaner! I chose this path almost 5 years ago in order to be able to choose the hours that makes life with my son simpler to fulfill. Whether I am needed just for a quick stop by, or extended care, I make it work!

Safety, trust & environment
When I’m caring for your pets in your home, my goal is simple: keep their routine feeling as normal, safe, and happy as possible (with maybe a little extra love sprinkled in). I follow your instructions to a T…feeding schedules, medications, favorite toys, “don’t sit on that chair” rules, I’ve got it covered. I’m big on reading animal energy, so whether your pet is a cuddle magnet, a professional napper, or a “please admire me from across the room” type, I adjust accordingly. I keep things clean, calm, and respectful of your space, and you can expect consistent updates so you always know your pet is thriving, not just surviving. Think of me as your pet’s temporary bestie who also respects house rules.
Information Tia M. would like to know about your pet
Before meeting I would prefer to know if your pet is anxious, skittish, shy, hyperactive or aggressive so that I can best accommodate any interactions with them. If there are any allergies, injuries, special needs, medication, or even fun tricks or silly things regarding your fur-babe then please let me know those as well!
A typical day
A typical day with me is a mix of structure, fun, and “okay, who’s the real boss here?” energy (usually your pet). Mornings start with check-ins, feedings, and some quality attention, whether that’s zoomies, a walk, or a slow wake-up stretch in the sun. My schedule is flexible thanks to my work as a professional cleaner, so I’m able to pop in consistently and keep things on track. If your pet loves the outdoors, we’ll absolutely soak up some sunshine…walks, fresh air, or just hanging out if that’s their vibe. If they’re more of an indoor connoisseur, I’m just as happy lounging, playing, or giving them their requested amount of affection (or respectful distance). I follow every note you leave…treats, quirks, routines, all of it. By the end of the day, your pet is cared for, content, and probably convinced I work for them now.

Pet care experience
If your pet has a personality… we’re going to get along just fine. I was basically raised in a real-life animal sanctuary, growing up with 300+ rescue animals thanks to my dad’s reptile rescue and breeding hobby, on top of our own family fur babies through the years. Snakes, lizards, cats, dogs, you name it, I’ve cared for it (and probably talked to it like it understands me). On top of that, we regularly fostered animals who needed extra help, so I’m confident with seniors, medical needs, medications, and those “high maintenance but worth it” personalities. Now, as a mama raising the next generation of animal lover (no really, we cannot walk past an animal without him naming it something silly then talking about it like it’s his sibling for days after) I bring that same energy into every home I walk into…calm, capable, and just the right amount of play. Whether your pet needs structure, snuggles, or someone who can handle a little chaos with grace, I’m your gal. When I first was introduced into the Rover world, majority of the pets I would care for had health issues, or were seniors. My main goal is for you, as their owner/parent to feel overly comfortable, knowing that I can provide whatever it may be to keep consistency in care equal while you are away. I understand the complexities of every pet having different needs, and how important it is to stay on track with such things. Expect updates, attention to detail, and a pet who might be a little disappointed when you come home (don’t take it personally).

Reviews
Tia M. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Canceled with plenty of notice, however, did not cancel the booking through Rover and I was still charged for their services

Tia was amazing! Or pup had a bit of a stomach issue due to a food change when we dropped him off. She followed the food plan and got him back on track in no time! Will be happy to use her again!

Tia is a wonderful dog sitter. She has always taken great care of my puppy since she was 12weeks old. She is very good with communicating and letting me know how my pup is doing. She is reliable and has not canceled at the last minute. I would recommend her to others with little puppies who need a sitter before they are fully vaccinated!
