Tia was a great help! She was very thorough and accommodated all my requests. She kept me informed the whole time and send a lot of cute pictures of Cinna while I was away. I came back home to find him happy and well. ^_^
This was my first time using Rover and leaving my dogs at home. Tia made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. She is truly a professional. My dogs also felt very comfortable with her. I am happy I found her and will definitely use her services again in the future!
So thankful for the care Tia gave our puppy! Great communication, lots of updates, and clearly so loving with him. We came home to a very happy pup. Highly recommend!
Tia is wonderful to work with. She spent an extensive amount of time on our meet & greet, getting to know our routines, expectations, and our dog. She did 3 walks for us this week, sending multiple pictures and detailed messages. We have already booked with Tia for next week!
Tia is always wonderful with my cats. I have used her for several vacations in the past. Last week I was admitted to the hospital and was worried about caring for my cats. I submitted a request on Friday morning to begin on Friday. I was concerned because I was unable to give any notice due to the unexpected hospitalization. Tia accepted the request and as usual took excellent care of my kitties. I will absolutely be using her in the future and would recommend her to anyone.
