I’ve cared for both dogs and cats for most of my life, but I have especially strong experience with dogs and daily dog care. Growing up, I helped care for a German Shepherd named Kobe, who was part of my family for many years. From that, I learned how to handle larger dogs, stay calm and in control on walks, and work with dogs that can be reactive or easily overstimulated. I’m comfortable with regular walks, feeding routines, playtime, and sticking to whatever structure a dog is used to. I pay close attention to my surroundings on walks and always prioritize safety, especially when walking dogs that may be nervous around other dogs or people. I understand that every dog has a different personality, and I take the time to get to know what makes them comfortable. I also have a lot of experience caring for cats, including fostering kittens and living in a multi-cat household, which has made me very attentive, reliable, and detail-oriented. Overall, I take pet care seriously and treat every animal like my own. I always aim to provide dependable, low-stress care so pet parents feel comfortable and confident while they’re away.
